  • Joe Potts

    Owner and President of Northwood Homes since 1998, was born and raised in Hendricks County. After taking Construction Trades classes in high school, Joe decided to attend Vincennes University (88-90) earning a degree in Construction Management.

    Based on a team effort concept, Joe works closely with building professionals, including top craftsmen and local suppliers to build homes that will provide the client with personal enjoyment and excellent investment value for years to come.

    While Joe is not on the job site, he enjoys travelling with his wife, Marie, of 33 years, gardening, and fishing where he now resides in Parke County, Indiana.

  • Justin Potts

    Joe's oldest son, has been involved in the home building process since he was a kid. He has been a part of many aspects of the business and now manages many of Northwood Homes projects. From design layout to on-site work, Justin is here to help you through the home building or renovation process smoothly.

    Also living in Parke County with his wife, Brie, and their 3 year old son, Henry, Justin has carried on his family homestead started by his Great Grandfather in the 1930's. They enjoy raising their food, cooking, and any good outdoor adventure.

  • ERIC potts

    Joe’s youngest son, Eric has been involved on the job site since before he could walk. Eric is currently in charge of the interior trim on all of the company’s new builds and renovations.

    Also living in Parke County, Eric takes full advantage of rural living. If he doesn’t have his tools out, you will find Eric enjoying nature in any way possible.

  • Brie Potts

    Northwood Homes in-house realtor. After being surrounded by all things houses for the last 10+ years, she fell in love with the idea of being able to work closer with her husband, Justin, and the family business. Most days you will find Brie in the office searching the local listing platform for new lots to build or existing homes to suit client's wants and needs. When she is not in the office, Brie is likely cooking/baking for friends and family, tending to their AirBnb on the farm, or on the go with their son, Henry.

  • The Potts Family
